Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to manage customer bookings and handle travel-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide prompt and accurate reservation services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and travel policies.
- Prepare quotations and confirm reservations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth booking processes.
- Manage booking records and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow up with clients for payments and confirmations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems (preferred).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Experience in reservation or customer handling is an added advantage.
