IAMA Architects is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting business opportunities for our architectural and interior design consultancy services.
This is a client-facing role ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Meet potential clients and explain company services
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and proposals
- Achieve monthly business development targets
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Tamil is an added advantage
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with clients
- Basic knowledge of architecture/interior industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
