We are looking for an experienced Bending Operator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC or hydraulic press brake machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, bending operations, quality inspection, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC/Press Brake bending machines.
Read and understand technical drawings.
Set tools, select proper punches and dies, and adjust machine for accurate bending.
Check dimensions of job using measuring instruments.
Ensure quality of bends as per drawing tolerances.
Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments.
Carry out routine maintenance and daily care of the machine.
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean & organized work area.
Report any machine issues to the supervisor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience as Blending Machine operator
Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanics and machine operation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
Experience in machine fitting, maintenance or assembly.
Knowledge of mechanical drawings and measuring instruments.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
