Overview
FILO is hiring a Calling Associate to support the Senior Associate in reaching out to Grade 12 students from enrolled schools and qualifying their interest in JEE, NEET, CUET, and selected government exam pathways.
Role Purpose
The role is focused on making outbound calls, gathering student information, building rapport, and updating qualified lead data so that the Senior Associate can prioritize high-potential students for next-step engagement.

- Location : Inoffice Gurugram
- Timings : 11:00 - 20:00 hours IST
- Week off : Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Call Grade 12 students from FILO-enrolled schools and introduce FILO programs in a professional, friendly manner.
- Collect basic student details such as stream, academic background, career interest, exam preference, and preparation intent.
- Identify whether the student is interested in JEE, NEET, CUET, or government exam pathways after Grade 12.
- Qualify leads using a simple script and capture response quality, seriousness, and willingness to proceed.
- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-up dates, and disposition updates in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the Senior Associate for high-potential or warm leads needing further counseling.
- Follow calling targets, daily productivity goals, and quality standards.
- Handle objections politely and keep the conversation student-friendly and encouraging.
- Support follow-up calling, reminders, and re-engagement of missed or pending students.
- Ensure all communication is respectful, concise, and aligned with FILO's student-first approach.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or final-year student from any stream; science background preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, student outreach, inside sales, or counseling.
- Comfortable speaking to school students and, where required, parents.
- Strong listening skills, clear communication, and a calm phone manner.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work under daily call targets.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or calling systems preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
