Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented HR Recruiter with 1.5 to 2 years of recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Experience in hiring for the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Hands on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hiring for BPO, Travel Sales, Customer Service, or related profiles.
- Knowledge of travel industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
