What you will do:
New Client Acquisition & B2B Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients – corporates, SMEs, developers, and institutional buyers – in the Bangalore market.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, new micro-markets, and business opportunities across Bangalore.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Client Hunting & Engagement
- Aggressively hunt for new B2B business opportunities through direct corporate outreach, industry associations, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective B2B clients across key Bangalore business districts (Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, Electronic City, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into buyers/tenants.
- Maintain strong follow-up cadence and relationship management with potential clients.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments in the Bangalore real estate space.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted B2B campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate sector (mandatory).
- Prior B2B sales experience in the Bangalore market is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of new client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market – micro-markets, pricing, corporate zones, and project landscape.
- Existing network of B2B contacts (corporates, SMEs, channel partners) in Bangalore is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
