Job Description:
Looking for a Office Assistant who will work as a support system for Accounts and Office Administration. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with documentation, coordination, and structured office work.
Responsibilities: Accounts Support:
- Data entry in Excel / Tally
- Maintain bills, invoices, and vouchers
- Assist accountant in daily work
- Share documents and basic information when required
Office & Admin Support:
- Scan and organize documents
- Send emails as instructed
- Maintain proper filing and records
- Keep documents updated and well-managed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounts (Commerce background preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Preference for candidates comfortable in a supportive and coordination-based role
Salary : 10,000 Rs. per month
Timings:- 10 am to 7pm
