We're Hiring – Inventory Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working with data? Smartix is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to help manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock control across the business.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and sales teams
- Conduct stock audits and physical inventory verification
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain proper inventory documentation
- Generate inventory reports and share insights with management
- Support demand planning and inventory forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Experience with ERP Software
- 2–3 Years of Experience in Inventory or Warehouse Management
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or product-based companies
- Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory tracking tools
- Experience with Tally or other ERP platforms
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Including 1 Hour Break)
