Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to expand and manage the franchise network for Bazar Mela. The candidate will be responsible for franchise development, partner relationship management, operational support, and ensuring brand compliance across all franchise outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills and experience in retail or franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target markets
- Generate leads and convert prospects into franchise partners
- Handle end-to-end franchise onboarding and setup process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners
- Ensure franchise outlets follow company policies, SOPs, and brand standards
- Monitor franchise sales performance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support franchise partners in achieving business targets and profitability
- Prepare MIS reports, franchise performance reports, and sales updates
- Conduct regular franchise visits, audits, and training sessions
- Resolve operational issues and provide business solutions to franchise partners

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or food & beverage industry preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
