The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stylist cum Sales Executive to serve as the ultimate fashion authority for our brand across all verticals—both online and offline. You will guide elite buyers, manage high-profile interactions, and drive revenue, all while seamlessly maintaining the daily operations of our flagship store as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Styling & Sales: Act as a dedicated personal stylist for clients visiting the store. Understand their needs, help them choose the perfect outfit, and successfully convert consultations into high-value sales.
- Styling Management: Leverage your industry experience to handle celebrity sourcing pulls, interact with fashion creators, and facilitate VIP styling sessions as and when brand get leads for the same.
- Store Operations: Simultaneously take full ownership of the store's daily operations. Ensure that the garments are impeccably cared for, and POS billing is handled smoothly while you convert clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Welcome walk-ins with premium hospitality, curate personalized looks, and build a loyal VIP client book to drive repeat business.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in fashion styling and premium retail sales.
- A strong track record of styling clients and interacting with elite audience.
- A target-driven mindset with the natural ability to close sales while delivering an elevated, luxury shopping experience.
- Exceptional multitasking skills to balance elite client styling with the operational demands of a flagship store.
- A deep understanding of modern luxury aesthetics, premium fabrics, and garment construction.
