Looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years experience for our Chennai Office.
A person with Diploma or BE/B.Arch with exposure to writing Specifications and quantifying the various items for commercial Interiors.
Should be well versed with various interior finishes and their costing .
Should be able to coordinate with MEP consultants and various vendors to get costings and quotes.
Also coordinate for on site quantity verifications and Bill certifications as per site.
Salary – 35,000/- per month
