Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our educational programs, generate leads, and assist students throughout the admission process. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, networking, and outreach activities.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Promote educational programs to students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and referral partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Field Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
