Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and business development experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives
