Job Summary
Bendic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CRM & Lead Management Executive with hands-on experience in the PCD Pharma Franchise industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing franchise leads, CRM operations, sales coordination, customer follow-ups, and sales performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage franchise enquiries and leads from various sources.
Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up with the sales team.
Track lead conversion and customer acquisition performance.
Coordinate with franchise clients and internal sales teams.
Monitor sales team productivity and performance metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate target vs achievement reports and sales analysis.
Maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity.
Support management with business insights and reporting.
Required Skills
Strong experience in CRM and Lead Management.
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS Reporting).
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to track sales performance and conversion metrics.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Eligibility
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the PCD Pharma Franchise Industry (Mandatory)
Experience in CRM, Lead Management, Sales Coordination, or MIS Reporting
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
