A10 Design Private Limited is an architecture, interior design and project execution company with over two decades of experience in the design and development industry.
Ashwood Living is its premium residential interiors and bespoke living brand, specialising in farmhouses, bungalows, luxury residences, interior fit-outs, custom furniture, kitchens and wardrobes.
We are looking for an Architect/ Interior Designer (Residential Design) who can work closely with our Founder & Principal Architect and take increasing responsibility for the design and delivery of our residential projects.
The Role
This position is ideal for an architect/interior designer who has gained good design and site experience and is now ready to move into a larger design, project coordination and leadership role.
You will work with our designers, project managers, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure that projects move smoothly from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple residential interior projects.
- Review layouts, concepts, drawings and design details.
- Coordinate between the design team, project managers, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor design deliverables and project timelines.
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Visit sites and resolve design/execution issues.
- Ensure drawings and specifications reach site on time.
- Review materials, finishes and workmanship.
- Track pending decisions and ensure timely closure.
- Help build, mentor and manage Ashwood's growing in-house design team.
Who We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in architecture/residential projects.
- B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of residential design.
- Good knowledge of working drawings, materials and finishes.
- Practical site/execution experience.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate designers, contractors and vendors.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
Experience in premium residences, bungalows, farmhouses, luxury apartments, bespoke furniture, kitchens and wardrobes will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and presentation/design software is expected.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
