We are looking for a motivated Field Staff / Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet clients, and close sales. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients and explain company products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Submit daily reports of field activities
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
- Business Registration Incentives:
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
