Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding Xabiaq Techno Medicals’
presence across India by developing new customers, strengthening existing accounts, and
driving revenue growth across hospitals, specialty clinics, day-care surgery centres, and
channel partners. The role focuses on consultative, clinical, and solution-based B2B selling
of surgical laser machines across multiple specialties including proctology, varicose vein,
ENT, cosmetic gynaecology, and liposuction, rather than purely transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new domestic customers across hospitals, specialty clinics, day-care
centers, and medical institutions.
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of Surgical Diode Laser Machines and related
laser-based clinical solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, clinic owners,
purchase teams, and biomedical departments.
- Generate, track, and convert enquiries, product demo opportunities, and clinical
evaluations into confirmed orders.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, hospital visits, clinic meetings, and market visits in assigned
territories.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and application support for
doctors and hospitals.
- Explain the clinical and commercial benefits of laser-based procedures, including patient
recovery advantages, procedure efficiency, and hospital ROI.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders within approved pricing
structures.
- Develop and manage distributors / channel partners in assigned territories wherever
required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, installation, training, and
after-sales support.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and sales forecasts for high-value capital equipment sales.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, doctor preferences, and market developments
in the surgical laser segment.
- Support payment follow-ups and collections wherever applicable.
- Maintain sales reports, visit reports, CRM updates, and monthly business review data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong B2B medical / healthcare sales capability
- Experience in revenue-based and target-oriented sales roles
- Ability to sell high-value capital medical equipment
- Understanding of consultative and clinical sales cycles
- Strong doctor conversion and hospital relationship-building skills
- Commercial negotiation and closure capability
- Understanding of hospital buying process and capital equipment approval cycles
- Ability to coordinate product demonstrations, case support, and doctor onboarding
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused approach
Experience & Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in medical device sales / surgical equipment sales /
healthcare equipment sales / hospital sales
- Candidates with experience in Surgical Lasers / Diode Lasers / Laser-Based Medical
Equipment / Capital Medical Equipment / Proctology / Urology / ENT / Gynae Devices will be
preferred
- Candidates at Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager level can be
considered
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: BE / B.Tech/ Diploma in Biomedical & Instrumentation, B.Pharm.
- MBA (Sales / Marketing) added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
