The AWS Support Personnel role provides frontline and escalation support for teams building and running agentic workloads on the AWS platform. This role helps users resolve access issues, deployment failures, environment questions, runtime problems, API gateway issues, monitoring alerts, and platform usage challenges.
The ideal candidate has practical AWS support experience, strong troubleshooting discipline, and the ability to work calmly across infrastructure, application, security, and operations boundaries. They should understand core AWS services, IAM basics, logs and metrics, CI/CD workflows, incident intake, ticket hygiene, escalation paths, and enterprise support processes. Exposure to Kong, Databricks, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, CloudFormation, Terraform, and ServiceNow is preferred.
This person will be critical to adoption because platform trust is built one resolved issue at a time. They should be service-oriented, precise in communication, comfortable documenting recurring issues, and able to identify when a support pattern should become automation, documentation, or a product fix.
Additional Information:
