You will have long calls — 30 to 45 minutes. You will manage leads for 2 to 3 weeks before they decide. You will need to know the course deeply, the job market well, and the competitor landscape completely.

Who you are:
✅ Final year of any degree — maturity is essential
✅ Engineering, BCA, or BSc preferred for technical credibility
✅ Know ML and Data Science terms well — Python, SQL, ML, Deep Learning, MLOps at concept level
✅ Previous internship experience — you need baseline professionalism
✅ Can independently manage a 35-minute call
Incentive: ₹500 per enrollment
Target: 3 → 5 → 8 enrollments per month
At Month 3 target: 8 × ₹500 = ₹4,000 incentive
