Key Responsibilities
- Execute Industrial AI Projects right from initiation to completion on-site in heavy industries.
- Commission the entire ELV Infrastructure including CCTV & Network Installation, Server/Edge Setup, Sensors & Electrical Installations, and manage all the Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works on site.
- Develop and monitor project plan, technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budget estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements, scope of work, and deliverables with industry best practices.
- Onboard, Supervise, and Mentor a team of contractors, technicians, and engineers on-site, ensuring team morale and smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software, AI, Engineering, and Procurement teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, industry standards, safety regulations, and on-site project compliances.
- Conduct tool box meetings, manage attendance and material logs, record project expenses, maintain project documentation, layouts & diagrams, compliance paperwork, and handover files.
- Assist with client training, operational transition, and deliver handover sessions.
Skills/Experience
- Should have at least 3 years experience in executing on-site projects of similar nature – Telecom/IT/Automation/AI in heavy industries.
- Should have basic practical hands-on understanding of Electrical and Networking in heavy industrial scenarios.
- Should be fluent in spoken & written English.
- Use of Project Management tools like ERP, MS Projects, Zoho Projects, etc.
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills.
- Expertise in traditional waterfall project management approaches.
- Should be expert in PPTs and Excel.
- Brownie points: Project Management Certifications such as PMP/Prince2.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
