Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily clinic and administrative operations.
- Supervise staff performance, attendance, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
- Address operational challenges and staff concerns promptly.
- Monitor resource utilization and control operational expenses.
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Support management in achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Good understanding of healthcare or clinic operations.
Experience
- 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare, clinic, hospital, or pharmacy environment.
