Key Responsibility Areas:

Planning and developing social media campaigns.

Maintaining and optimising Zostel’s social media strategies, including establishing new presence on emerging platforms.

Crafting compelling content (creating and editing for short-form video content, ideation and execution of branded content, etc).

Posting content and reputation management across social media accounts.

Analysing running campaigns and performing ads.
-
Being on top of the latest social media trends.
-
Proactively identifying poorly performing content and making recommendations to increase engagement.
Skills we’re looking for:
(Depending on the years of experience and the areas you have worked in.)

Experience in creating social media strategies.

Experience in editing short-form content (reels, shorts, etc).

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Quora, Youtube, etc.

Basic Photoshop skills are a bonus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

Interest/experience in overlooking step-out events.
We will prefer candidates who have stayed at a Zostel before and are well-versed in the brand’s marketing language.
