Supervisor – Post Production (Quality Assurance)
Qualification: DME / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent
Experience: 3–5 years in an Iron Casting Foundry
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise post-production quality inspection of iron castings.
- Identify casting defects and ensure proper segregation of OK, Rework & Rejection.
- Monitor fettling, grinding, shot blasting and finishing quality.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection as per drawings/specifications.
- Maintain inspection and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams for defect reduction and corrective actions.
- Guide quality inspectors and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Skills: Knowledge of iron casting defects, measuring instruments, drawing reading, 7 QC tools, 5S and problem-solving.
Pay: ₹276,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
