Roles & Responsibilities (Control Tower):
- Track orders, shipments, and inventory movements across the supply chain network in Cargo Exchange Application
- Update and maintain real-time shipment status in google sheets.
- Identify and report exceptions (delays, shortages, POD issues, and damages).
- Coordinate with Hubs, transport and key accounts teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely updates to stakeholders and customers on shipment status.
- Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) and closure of shipments.
- Maintain accurate data entry and system updates
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports and trackers.
- Support process improvements and maintain documentation
