THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. Financial Forecasting (50%)
- –Own monthly financial close processes efficiently and accurately.
- –Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts.
- –Prepare comprehensive budget vs actual analysis.
- –Ensure alignment with strategic financial goals.
2. Process Standardization (30%)
- –Enhance financial process standardization and automation.
- –Implement best practices for financial reporting.
- –Streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
3. Data-Driven Insights (20%)
- –Analyze subscription business metrics for strategic insights.
- –Support FP&A team with actionable financial data.
- –Leverage data to optimize financial performance.

- ✓You must have prior experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- ✓You must have understanding of subscription business metrics (ARR, ACV, unit economics).
- ✓You must have strong understanding of process standardization and automation.
THE BAR — WHAT YOU MUST PROVE
SaaS Experience: Worked in a SaaS company for at least 1 year.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed financial forecasts.
Process Improvement: Implemented automation in financial processes at a previous role.
Data Analysis: Provided actionable insights from subscription metrics in past positions.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
