We are looking for a responsible and performance-driven store manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
· Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and shrinkage
· Lead, train, and motivate store staff
· Ensure high standards of customer service
· Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting
· Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements
· Graduate (Business/Commerce preferred)
· 3–6 years of retail/store management experience
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Good understanding of sales targets, inventory, and reporting
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
