Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can independently own the entire sales pipeline - from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, managing stakeholder communication, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.
This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and understands how to sell performance marketing and growth solutions to business decision-makers.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospect sourcing to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, email campaigns, and inbound lead qualification.
- Identify and engage founders, CEOs, CMOs, marketing leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business objectives, growth challenges, current marketing efforts, and revenue goals.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, solution demonstrations, and strategy presentations.
- Present PPC Studio's services, capabilities, case studies, and growth frameworks with confidence.
- Develop customized proposals and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
- Manage all client communication throughout the sales process, including follow-ups, objection handling, negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive opportunities through the pipeline and ensure timely movement from lead to closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining profitability targets.
- Facilitate smooth handover to the delivery team after successful onboarding.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate new business opportunities for:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Landing Page Optimization
- AI Visibility & Modern Search Optimization
- Growth Strategy Engagements
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates.
- Continuously optimize outreach and sales processes to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience owning the complete sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, and digital growth strategies.
- Experience conducting client presentations, demos, and commercial discussions.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling digital marketing services to international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or similar prospecting tools.
- Understanding of CRO, analytics, attribution, and growth marketing concepts.
- Prior experience in a performance-focused agency environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
