About the Role
Simplilearn is hiring Inside Sales Managers for an individual contributor role, ideal for professionals looking to build a career in Business Development and B2C Sales. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced sales professionals to work with one of the leading online certification platforms.
Compensation
- Freshers: ₹4.8 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)
- Experienced: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹7.3 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)
- Monthly incentives with capping up to 700%
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2C sales cycle
- Drive new customer acquisition
- Conduct on-call sales of Simplilearn's online certification programs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate data and daily sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Graduation is mandatory
- 3 months to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Prior experience in B2C Sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must be based in Bangalore
