Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions and client communications professionally
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for lead follow-ups and business support
Handle inquiries from utilities, distributors, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and relationship tracking reports
Support tender, proposal, and business communication processes
Assist in client retention and post-sales relationship management
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation with internal teams
Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional approach towards customer handling and relationship management
Basic understanding of sales coordination and business communication
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
