Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable study programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad and higher education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries based on student profiles.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and continuous follow-up.
- Assist students with the admission and application process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on university requirements, visa policies, and market trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education consulting, telesales, or customer relationship management.
