Your Role & Main Responsibilities
The Flightscape Delivery Team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for Flight Plan Manager and related products from the portfolio.
Main responsibilities:

Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (BSME) across the end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle.

Develop a strong understanding of the application’s user interface with a focus on functional business solutions.

Apply knowledge of technical processes to support implementation, installation, and customer integration of the Flight Planning Suite.

Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings as a BSME.

Collaborate with project managers, account managers, implementation teams, and development resources to meet customer expectations.

Support issue resolution during solution adoption and post-production maintenance/service request phases.
-
Lead data gathering and data loading processes prior to implementation.

Perform data validation checks throughout all stages of solution implementation and delivery.

Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance Flight Management solutions.

Identify customer best practices and communicate insights to Solution Management teams.

Report and document issues, conduct analysis, and lead resolution from a business perspective.

Demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

Operate under general direction with minimal oversight.

Ensure consistent use of approved methods, processes, and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Airline Operations.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in customer-facing roles.
-
Ability to travel between 10% and 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
-
FAA Dispatcher License or equivalent certification.

Experience with CAE Flight Plan Manager.

Master’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
-
Experience supporting solution implementation or enterprise software deployment.
-
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
