Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive (Pre-Sales) to drive lead generation and appointment setting initiatives for our Virtual Assistant (VA) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing targeted email campaigns, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on VA and RPO service offerings.
- Identify and target potential clients through outbound email outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments with HR leaders, recruiters, staffing firms, and business decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools.
- Create compelling email sequences, follow-ups, and personalized outreach campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics including open rates, response rates, conversions, and appointments booked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Email Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Pre-Sales.
- Strong experience promoting staffing, recruitment, RPO, outsourcing, BPO, or Virtual Assistant services.
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation and appointment targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience targeting North American, UK, Australian, or European markets.
- Understanding of staffing, recruitment, RPO, and virtual assistant business models.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and cold email compliance.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
