Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Process payments and prepare daily reports as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
- Customer-service-oriented with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office role preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
