Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to handle both human resource functions and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing recruitment, employee records, payroll, financial transactions, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits.
- Handle employee queries and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
Accounts
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and audit requirements.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Busy.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll, GST, and TDS.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing, media, or service-based company.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
