This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in teaching English as a second language is often preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering lessons:Conduct one-on-one or group sessions tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Curriculum development:Create and implement engaging lesson plans that focus on practical conversation skills.
- Assessment and feedback:Evaluate students' spoken English, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress.
- Creating a positive learning environment:Encourage participation, facilitate communication, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.Good class room management skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and teaching skills may also apply.
