The Opportunity
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to bring creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at SoftelliGenZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that enhance our brand identity and provide an intuitive user experience for our digital products.
Organisational Structure
You'll report to our Project Coordinators. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from either Ahmedabad or Mohali Office working Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM to 7:00PM- you choose!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Provide professional and unique designs in different themes.
- Versatility: Your scope of work will include web-pages, website templates, logos, posters, banners, social media images, vector tracing, and much more.
- UI/UX Focus: Create user-centric interfaces and enhance the user experience for web and mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Creativity: Stay updated with the latest design trends and implement innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
