Job Description:
We are hiring a Sr. Business Development Associate for our Investment Banking team. The role involves client acquisition, onboarding, and extensive calling to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (startups, SMEs, corporates)
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Handle client onboarding for IB services (M&A, fundraising, advisory)
- Understand client requirements and align with internal teams
- Schedule meetings and maintain client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Calling profile
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Basic understanding of financial services (preferred)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or related field
