About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their learning requirements, and enrolling them in suitable IT and Non-IT training programs.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective candidates through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Promote and sell IT and Non-IT training programs.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments/admissions.
- Explain course features, career benefits, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counseling, or Course Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
