We are looking for Floor Manager in our Sanatorium :
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a designated patient care floor within a sanatorium or long-term care facility. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient services, coordinating staff activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting patient satisfaction while adhering to healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth patient care and service delivery.
- Coordinate activities between floor coordinators, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, and administrative teams.
- Manage staff schedules and shift allocations.
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for patient and family concerns.
- Ensure patient comfort, satisfaction, and timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain a patient-centered environment focused on quality care.
- Conduct routine floor inspections and audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in hospital, sanatorium, healthcare facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
