We are looking for a dependable and well-organized Residential Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day management of a working professional's household. This is an on-site role focused on ensuring that household operations run smoothly through effective coordination, planning, and follow-up.
The position requires regular interaction with family members, domestic staff, service providers, and vendors. It is best suited for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day responsibilities in a home environment and can work with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor routine household activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and follow up on utility services, maintenance requests, bill payments, and other household requirements.
- Organize appointments and maintain reminders for important household tasks.
- Coordinate with domestic staff, maintenance personnel, and external service providers.
- Support the planning and supervision of children's daily routines, including coordinating schedules and ensuring activities are completed on time.
- Keep household records, contact details, and important documents organized.
- Monitor household supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Handle miscellaneous errands and administrative tasks related to household management.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in household management, personal assistance, family office support, hospitality, or a similar coordination role is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a residential environment while maintaining professional conduct.
- Good organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and reliability.
