Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service cum Sales Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer inquiries, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding shipments and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote the company's Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation services.
- Generate new business opportunities and support sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into business.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or freight forwarding.
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
