The Role: Senior Warehouse Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Warehouse Executive to support our Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of logistics, warehouse operations, inventory movements, and vendor coordination while maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Logistics – End-to-End Order Tracking
- Coordinate and monitor the complete B2B order lifecycle.
- Prepare invoices and dispatch-related documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and transporter confirmations.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched as per schedule.
- Track shipments in real time and proactively follow up on deliveries.
- Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Close orders after successful delivery.
- Identify, record, and resolve delivery delays or operational exceptions.
Warehouse Operations
- Monitor daily warehouse attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Inventory & Inward Management
- Monitor inward material receipts.
- Ensure timely preparation and verification of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Return to Vendor (RTV)
- Track Return to Vendor (RTV) requests from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely RTV processing.
- Maintain RTV records and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Support, and Logistics partners.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain background.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of WH software - unicommerce/uniware.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership in a high-impact role.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
