Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified trainers based on the organization's training and admission requirements. This role requires excellent communication, recruitment, and coordination skills to ensure timely trainer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified trainers for various professional and technical training programs.
- Understand trainer requirements based on student admissions and business needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and demo sessions with the management team.
- Maintain a database of trainers and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely trainer onboarding.
- Meet recruitment targets within the required timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
