Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by generating leads, building client relationships, conducting presentations, and closing deals for our immersive technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals, and industry events.
- Present VR Training, 3D Animation, and AR/VR solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate demos, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline activities.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Augment Works at industry exhibitions and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
- Exposure to Real Estate or Industrial/Manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Good to Have
- Experience in VR, AR/XR, 3D Animation, or technology solutions sales.
- Existing network within Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience working in a startup, technology company, or creative agency environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
