Social Media Executive
Skills Require:
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Inter-personal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for hands on interaction within various social media platforms (facebook, twitter, youtube etc)
- Use of toolkits to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc
- Close liaison with departments of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
- Respond and react to changes within social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
- Utilize good web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people and stimulate interactions. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
- Work closely with the website development team and corporate communications
- Enthusiasm with responsibility
High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Skills Required
- Must possess certificate from a reputed institute or corresponding years of experience.
- Good Advance MS Office like Excel, Word etc.
- Good command on content sheet and upload products on the internal panel.
- Work with development team to troubleshoot web issues.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Having networking abilities.
- Understand organization culture and work closely with different departments.
