- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Project System modules to align with business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
