- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in garment production, fashion manufacturing, or a related field.
- Managing daily production activities.
- Supervising tailors, cutters, embroidery teams, and production staff.
- Planning and monitoring production schedules.
- Ensuring quality control at every stage.
- Coordinating with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- Managing fabric and material usage to minimize wastage.
- Resolving production issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing.
- Team leadership and staff management.
- Production planning and workflow management.
- Quality control expertise.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, and garment construction.
- Manage end-to-end production of bridal and customized garments.
