Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
- Perform quantity estimation for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, painting, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and variation statements.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and measurements.
- Prepare material reconciliation reports and monitor material consumption.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, billing, and site execution teams.
- Maintain BOQ revisions, billing records, and project documentation.
- Support project budgeting and cost control activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying in the construction/real estate industry.
- Experience in high-rise residential, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, plumbing, electrical, infrastructure, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP, and quantity estimation software.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹13,545.61 - ₹80,802.46 per month
