Role Summary
- Responsible for smooth and efficient warehouse and material movement operations between warehouse and project/site.
- Manage material inward, outward, stock movement, documentation, and system/portal entries.
- Coordinate with site teams, transporters, drivers, and suppliers for timely material movement.
- Ensure accurate inventory records, documentation, invoice verification, and transportation tracking.
- Maintain proper warehouse records and ensure compliance with company processes. Job Description
- Manage daily material movement (STN/SRN) between warehouse and site.
- Handle Material Inward/Outward and GRN processes.
- Make timely portal entries for STN, SRN, GRN, DC, and repaired stock.
- Generate E-way Bills for material movement between warehouse and site.
- Plan and coordinate vehicles for material transportation.
- Prepare and maintain daily warehouse stock reports.
- Maintain manual registers, including STN/SRN/GRN and Gate Entry Registers.
- Verify invoices against POs and supporting documents and submit them to Corporate SCM.
- Ensure proper warehouse maintenance and material arrangement.
- Coordinate and follow up with site engineers, transporters, and drivers for vehicle movement.
- Maintain the transportation expense tracker.
- Conduct physical vs. portal stock verification.
- Coordinate with supplier/manufacturing units for material and stock verification. Must-Have Skills
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
