We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Associate who can support the Lead – Social Media & Content Production in managing and growing our digital presence.
Someone with experience in Offline events management and Influencer can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the content production team for shoot planning, reels, photoshoots, product shoots, and campaign execution.
- Support in ideation and execution of engaging social media creatives, reels, trends, and storytelling content.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for smooth execution of content.
- Track social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Support in publishing, scheduling, and managing daily social media posts.
- Maintain content coordination sheets, campaign trackers, and posting timelines.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content deliverables.
- Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and basic audience interactions.
- Support in generating monthly social media reports and performance insights.
Skills Required
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in content production, reels, and digital storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Fashion Communication, Design, PR, or related field.
- Candidates from reputed institutes such as NIFT, Pearl Academy, UID, Amity School of Communication, or similar creative/media institutes will be preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Coordination.
- Prior experience with lifestyle, baby care, parenting, or D2C brands is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
